“But the Lord stood by me and strengthen me!! What a powerful promise!! There will be times in this world when we feel totally by ourselves, our hearts are broken so bad that we can’t reach out even if our friends are there for us. I’ve been there, I remember how it felt. Abandoned, lonely, and scared.
However, I knew that God was there. He stood by me and gave me His strength to take one step at a time and rely on Him. That is something that we need to remember daily. No matter the season in our life our strength comes from Him.
When we try to rely on our strength we will struggle and feel overwhelmed. Matthew 11:28-30 are the verses we need to hold close to our hearts.
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
May we all lay our problems, concerns, and fears down at our Father’s feet today as we go about our day!!
