I was reading Psalms 150 this morning and this verse came to mind. God knew what I needed to hear this morning.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
If we take our focus off Him and look at the issues going on we will get completely overwhelmed and stressed. We need to praise Him for being there, for providing a way through, and trust He is working, even if we can’t see how it will work out. So thankful for these Psalms and the knowledge that my God is a way maker and a promise keeper!!

Yes! I’ve been dealing with this a lot lately. I’ve been making an effort to work on shifting my focus when I start to feel overwhelmed.
